We've had a few events that deserve to have the photos posted, but alas I've not had the time to get it done. Never fear! The first meeting of the oldest and youngest Burnett cousins will be posted soon as well as Parker's baptism which produced some great pictures of all of my wonderful family.

We are in the Christmas spirit and so far are doing well on our shopping list. We have a few things to buy for extended family and for our boys, but Sammie is done! She is always the first one done. The house is decorated, we listen to Christmas music all of the time and we are enjoying the nippy weather! Our lights are not out yet and seeing all of our neighbors lights up is kind of depressing, but we are not motivated yet. Actually, our little street is not all lit up yet, but the overachievers in the first culdesac have all 6 houses lit up to the max! I'm glad we don't live on that street, we would be the outcasts!

I've been thinking lately about how much I feel the work of the Lord in my life and the blessings I have in my family and friends. I'm so grateful for my husband and children and the joy they bring into my life. I am living the "good life" and feel content.
