I helped plan our grade school’s Ability Awareness Week and did this display along with another parent for the library. I’m actually sitting in Spencer’s wheelchair from a few years ago so the kids had a lot of fun sitting in it that week. The pictures on the bulletin board are famous people with disability.
Spencer’s hair is getting really long. The cashier at Target said “See you later ladies!” the day I snapped this picture. We’ve had a good laugh about that one.
Old McDonald. With some shades. He actually just walked into my room with this hat on earlier this week and started singing. He is going to be a farmer for Halloween.

We went to Boo at the Zoo with Darrin, Alexis, Parker, and Ella last Saturday.
Sammie does this most days at the bus stop when she’s cold. All of a sudden she just won’t be there anymore!

I just like those pictures of my Sammie. She made show choir at school and she’s so excited. I’m gearing up for the busy season of rehearsals, competitions, and performances, but I’m so proud of her.
