Sammie is in a challenge science class that has many steps. She and her partner are studying egg replacers in chocolate chip cookies. We found a recipe that only makes 3 cookies so it made it a little easier to do 9 trials. I was the lab assistant- basically keeping the photos going and organized.
Here’s a little sneak peak into what that day looked like over winter break. It was a lot of work, but they had fun. The verdict? Sour cream. Who knew?

We weren’t allowed to take pictures of faces for the board, but man they made a ton of cookies. They had fun getting rid of the evidence as well.
