Sammie requested a cake decorating party “Cake Boss” style with a few friends next weekend. First step was the consultation with our resident “Cake Boss” Ashley. Sammie had drawn out her cake design for the cake we will be eating that day. The bottom layer will be foam covered with fondant and decorated and she can replace the fondant and practice decorating on it when the party is through! (Since we only have 20 people to feed it was silly to make a cake ready to feed 100)

I just realized today that whatever other steps I have to take need to hurry up and happen because it’s a week from Saturday! Yikes!
