Winter Day Fun

Yesterday was so cold after school and with the rain we got the night before it was not only cold but the yard was full of mud.  The first thing the kids do when they get home from school is head outside so I had to come up with something for them to do inside instead. 

A while back our school was getting rid of a bunch of this black paper.  Here’s what we did with some of it yesterday-

 

We spread them all out on the floor and colored with white chalk.  The paper had those cute space cut outs on them already.
